By 2050, 50% of the population is predicted to have myopia. Any level of myopia increases risk of vision-threatening complications in the future, including blindness.
HOW IT WORKS
1
Examination
Our team of experienced optometrists will conduct a thorough evaluation of the patient's eyesight and eye health.
This includes a detailed history and examination, as well as a series of tests to determine the extent of the patient's myopia.
2
Discussion
Based on the results of the assessment, we will collaboratively develop a personalised treatment plan that may include lifestyle changes, treatment contact lenses, glasses or other interventions to help manage the condition and prevent further progression
3
Treatment
Our friendly team will assist with the transition to the treatment, from recommending the perfect frames to running contact lens teaching sessions. Regular follow-up appointments are scheduled to track the progress of the treatment plan and make adjustments as necessary.
